• To provide the University with a modern and reliable internal mail distribution system, and efficient outgoing external mail, parcel, and courier management service
• To collect and deliver internal mail to and from specific points around the University several times a day.
• To process all incoming and outgoing mail for the University
• To provide a full range of services, from posting a single letter to sending parcels by courier
