Organisation Design
Organisation Design provides support to ensures that organization structures are in place and are designed to effectively and efficiently deliver on broader institutional and departmental strategies while ensuring synergy across faculties and functional departments through clear and defined levels of accountabilities/responsibilities. To support the maintenance and management of a sustainable institutional headcount while ensuring healthy and dynamic organisation structures that are responsive to the changing environment.
