Staff Cards

Please take note of the following important details:

1. Staff and student cards will be issued once off, and must be kept for the duration of employment or course.
2. Student cards will be reactivated annually upon registration, so please always keep your identification card safe and secure.
3. Staff and student cards will only be replaced in the case of a defective card.
4. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced at a cost of R130, and only upon submission of a receipt from the cashiers.
5. It is essential to report lost or stolen ID cards promptly to block access on the cards. Lost and stolen cards have a direct impact on the safety and security of our institution
