Faculty events/ Open Days

Student Recruitment Unit provide assistance with logistical arrangements, liaison with schools, marketing of the event at schools, information packs.

Requests for course and/or branding material and /or promotional items should be made directly to the relevant MCD unit and is for department’s cost and budget.

Assistance on the day

HOD inform Student Recruitment Unit of the planned event.

Meeting to discuss the event and assistance required.

At least one month prior to event.

Requests for branding or course material or promotional items as per the relevant Unit’s specifications and time-line

Dissemination of course information

Student Recruitment Unit approach school for marketing opportunities

Principal, Life Orientation teacher or organization invite CPUT in writing to present CPUT courses

Student Recruitment Unit responds to the invitation in writing

Initiated by Student Recruitment or by request from school or organisation.

At least a month before the time.
