Operations and Services

In partnering with business leaders, the purpose of the Operations and Services unit is to build organisational capability for driving sustainable business growth. Furthermore, in partnering with other HC COEs, the unit is responsible for ensuring operationalisation of Human Capital Strategy in alignment to CPUTs vision 2030 of being a SMART institution to deliver a world class service to all constituents, and to put in place strategies to strengthen what we call the “backbone” of Human Capital and facilitate a standardisation of Human Capital policies, processes, documentation, practices and behaviours. This includes automated and digitised HC processes and approval cycles.
