Overview
The purpose of talent management is to strategically assist the University to meet and achieve its current and future strategic and operational objectives. This will be achieved through consciously planned and systematic processes of identifying, attracting, selecting, developing, motivating and retaining smart talent with the required intellectual capital. The defined prime goal will be
accomplished through inter alia, human-centric and smart strategic alignment to the University’s strategy, strategic workforce planning, forecasting and use of agile technology-based talent acquisition processes.
