Fundani Centre for Higher Education Development
Fundani CHED is a centre for teaching and learning within CPUT. We engage with and offer development to the institution’s faculties, academic staff and students through academic guidance, resources and research into teaching and learning.
Our work is framed around ONE SMART CPUT, placing students and staff at the heart of interventions, programmes and innovative strategies. This means that we are mindful of the continued inequalities and injustices that exists within higher education and thus we strive to incorporate this awareness in everything we do.
Our approach is further underpinned by the values of kindness, restoration, unity, passion, accountability, and technological astuteness, as outlined in the CPUT Vision 2030.
