At the footsteps of Atlantic Ocean in Cape Town Waterfront the Cape Town Hotel School (CTHS) dining is a student-run restaurant. With its prime seafront location and smart interiors, Cape Town Hotel School Restaurant at the Cape Town Hotel School, part of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology looks set to offer a top notch dining experience for Capetonians. The 100-seating restaurant includes an outdoor terrace with uninterrupted sea views as well as a spacious indoor area, the sophisticated Alumni Bar, a cozy lounge and couches, and the restaurant itself.
In a unique restaurant setup, although there is a core permanent staff complement at the restaurant, the rest of the team at this sophisticated Atlantic Seaboard space is formed of students from the renowned Cape Town Hotel School, the oldest in the city.

Whether in their first, second or third year of studies, each student at the school spends time at the restaurant gaining essential expertise for their chosen hospitality direction. From front-of- house skills development to professional food preparation and floor work, students are given the opportunity to practice what they learn in lectures in an authentic environment.
