Ways of giving
Individuals may:
- make an online donation,
- download and sign a pledge form,
- join the My School Card campaign
- or make a bequest in your will.
Governments, trusts, foundations and corporates may:
- Fund bursaries
- Fund a community engagement programme
- Fund research
- Fund an infrastructural project
All donations to CPUT are tax-deductible. You can claim Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment points for your donation, as well as naming rights to funded projects.
American Fund for Charities
CPUT is supported by American Fund for Charities, a US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization EIN 52-2109597. Donations to the American Fund for Charities from US taxpayers are tax deductible to the extent allowed by US law. CPUT has been reviewed by the American Fund for Charities and the board of the American Fund has determined that CPUT is a suitable organization to receive grants from a US public charity.
